George Washington University, USA: Daewoo Vietnam 2017 Scholarships

Application for Daewoo Vietnam scholarships is on-going at the George Washington University to help Vietnam graduate students pursue both full time Masters' and Ph.D programmes in the School of Business of the institution (George Washington University).

Scholarship Awards
The Daewoo Corporation established an endowment at GW to offer scholarships of up to $10,000 (fees excluded) for the period of one academic year, renewable. Renewal applications may be submitted to renew the Scholarships for one to four additional years, depending upon the program of study.

Fields of Study 
Scholarships are available for studying courses like; Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Science Technology and Innovation.

Eligible Countries
Scholarships can be applied for Vietnamese candidates only.

Eligibility

• New applicants and current students of George Washington University in the afore-mentioned fields are eligible to apply  for the scholarships.
• Candidates must be full-time master or PhD students with a high academic excellence required  in their programs of studies.
• New candidates must provideTest of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based exam or 100 on the internet based exam, or an IELTS overall band score of 7.0 (with no individual band below 6.0). 
• An F-1 visa is required to ensure that recipients return to Vietnam and contribute to the further development of their nation’s growth following the receipt of their degree.
• Students working in a benefited position at GW are not eligible.
