Scholarships For African And European Students In University Of Laval, Canada

University of Laval, one of the oldest educational institution in Canada calls for application for scholarships to undergo various master programs in the institution. The aim of the scholarships is to enhance academic excellence by providing scholarships for international students who are citizens of an African or European country apart from France and are admitted to a master’s course at Université Laval. No separate forms are to be filled for the scholarship; applicants only need to apply for a master program before the deadline to be eligible.

Scholarship Worth
$7,000 per annum which is renewable once according to compliance with the faculty’s criteria of excellence and research director’s recommendation and faculty approval.

Requirements
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must;

• submit a complete application package at the University of Laval in an eligible first master’s program and have been accepted in this program.
• be a foreign student who is a citizen of an African or European country other than France.
• graduated from a public university accredited by the ministry of higher education in your country of origin. For private institutions, eligibility is determined when the file is reviewed.
• registered full time for the two first semesters in the program of study for which the scholarship was granted.
• must have good knowledge of French.

How To Apply
No form is needed to completed for master’s level scholarships. Recipients are selected using information from admission applications received by Université Laval.

To be considered, candidates must submit a complete application for admission to the University no later than the deadline of the target semester.
