Country scholarships for students at Macquarie University, Australia is to help and support  international students with their tuition fees through the duration of their studies. The scholarships are available for both the undergraduate or postgraduate programmmes starting in 2016 or 2017 academic session. International qualified students including Africans who wish to study abroad in one of the top most universities in the world, with anual scholarship surpport throughout the duration of your study, can make use of this opportunity.

Scholarships in Australia for Africa Students:  Qualified candidates from African Countries are to be awarded AU$5000 yearly by the University as tuition fees for the duration of your Programme - while AU$2500 is credited towards your tuition fees every semester.

Scholarships for Indian Students in Australia: Candidates from India are awarded AU$3000 yearly by the University as tuition fees for the duration of your Programme - while AU$1500 is credited towards your tuition fees every semester.

Scholarships in Australia for Japan Students: Candidates from Japan are awarded AU$5000 yearly by the University as tuition fees for the duration of your Programme - while AU$2500 is credited towards your tuition fees every semester.

Scholarships for Latin America Students in Australia: Candidates from Latin America are awarded AU$5000 yearly by the University as tuition fees for the duration of your Programme - while AU$2500 is credited towards your tuition fees every semester.

Scholarships in Australia for Nepal Students: Candidates from Nepal are awarded AU$3000 yearly by the University as tuition fees for the duration of your Programme - while AU$1500 is credited towards your tuition fees every semester.

Eligibility

To be qualified for the scholarships you must have;

* applied for either an undergraduate or postgraduate course in Macquarie University online or through their agents

* be ready to start your study in 2016 or 2017 as admission/enrolment may not be deferred. 

* met the University requirements for the courses at their North Ryde campus.

* Degree Transcripts from former school

* English Language proficiency certificates or test results e.g IELTS.

Mode of Application 

* Candidates who applied for enrolment need not to directly apply for the scholarships before they are considered for a particular country. Instead the qualified candidates with the right qualifications are automatically notified in their offer letters by the University of their eligibility.
