About the Internship
12 weeks Research Internships opportunity is available in Canada for students in all academic fields of study. The internships are provided by Mitacs Globalink and meant for an initiative research competition among the undergraduate students world-wide where the high rated students are expected to compete in a 12-weeks research internship to be supervised by the faculty members of the Canadian University from different fields of studies.Qualified candidates are expected to be ready to travel down to Canada betwwen 1 May and 30 June, 2017 and stay over for the duration of the internship (12 weeks) and must be ready to return to your country between 31 July and 30 September, 2017.

Eligibility
To be qualified for the 2017 Mitacs Globalink Internships, applicants need;
- to be enrolled for a full-time undergraduate or be combining both undergraduate nad Master’s programmes
- to have minimum of a semester or maximum of 3 semesters remaining in their current programme.
- to have met the required grade for their respective countries.
To be included in the application are;
- Academic transcript from your university which must be in English or an English translated and notarised copy if your transcript is not in English Language.
- One letter of reference from your research supervisor or a professor.
- A CV which should have in detail the applicant's research experience.
