Eligibility
To be eligible for the 2016 scholarships, candiadates must have;

• an  excellent academic record
•  Evidence of conference presentations or    Peer-reviewed Research
• A history of scholarships
• an overall IELTES score 6.5 with no less than 6.00 in each band.
