• Columbian College of Arts and Sciences
• Elliott School of International Affairs
• Graduate School of Education and Human Development
• School of Business (Executive Education program is not eligible)
• School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Students from the underlisted regions/countries are eligible:
- China (PRC)
- Cambodia
- Eastern Europe
- Laos
- Latin America
- The Caribbean
- Mongolia
- Sub-Saharan Africa
- U.S.S.R. Successor States
- Vietnam
- Applicants must have TOEFL with a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based exam or 100 on the internet based exam, or IELTS Overall band score of 7.5 ( with no individual band below 6.0).
- Applicants must have F1 visa (J -1 visa for Fullbright candidates only)
- Those students who have never studied outside their home countries are eligible.
- Permanent residents resident aliens and US citizens are not qualified for the fellowship.
- Fellowships are for the incoming full time graduate students of George Washington University who are highly qualified and have been admitted and whose programs are on Foggy Bottom main Campus.
Scholarship Worth
The scholarship which is renewable every year for a period of a year for fellowship students, five years maximum for doctoral degrees and three years for masters students.
It will provide funds for books, living and other expenses and will cover up to 18 hours.

How To Apply
Fellowship applicants who have not completed the admission application process cannot be considered. Applicants must apply through online submission portal by 12P.M on February 5, 2018.
